This is an all in one solution so you can both stay out of court. Work with a mediator who will help you both resolve issues around shared parenting arrangements, child support and property division to help you both reach an agreement and then document it in Consent Orders.

* This package includes 4 hours of mediation and is ideal for resolving legal issues like shared parenting arrangements, child support, and simple asset division. If you have significant disputes regarding shared care arrangements and a complex property structure you may need more than 4 hours with your mediator and the rate for extra mediation hours will incur additional costs. Working together is the best way for you and your spouse to reach agreement.
** Court filing fees will be extra.
*** If you are needing a limited child support agreement or a binding child support agreement there will be an additional cost.
